Blood Bike Mid West are always on the lookout for new volunteers as we expand our service within the Mid-West region.
We always have a number of roles that need to be filled and if you want to apply, feel free to download and fill out the application form at the bottom of the page.
We have opportunities in many parts of the organization where you can volunteer and help out. Our Volunteers come from all walks of life. Some are retired and others are in full time employment but they all have signed up to give something back.

Motorcyclists & Van Drivers, Rostering Coordinators , Fundraising, Media/PR.

Motorcycle or Van Driver requirements.
Rider Requirements:
Using one of our 3 specially equipped motorcycles you will carry urgent delivery's between hospitals in the Mid-West region.
Do you meet the minimum requirements below?
> You must be at least 25 years of age or over on the date of application.
> You must hold a Full A Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
> You must at the time of application have 6 or less penalty points.
> Hold or are willing to achieve RoSPA Advanced Riding Certificate—Silver or Gold standard.
> Be willing to submit to full Garda vetting.
Driver Requirements:
Not a motorcyclist but would still like to help? No problem! We also have a specially equipped Van that also is in full time use carrying urgent delivery’s between hospitals in the Mid-West region.
Do you meet the minimum requirements below?

> You must hold a Full B Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
> You must at the time of application have 6 or less penalty points.
> Be willing to submit to full Garda vetting.

All our Bike Riders are required to complete RoSPA training and achieve Gold or Silver standard.
